We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Prices, savings, subsidy amounts, system sizes and calculator results are general estimates to help you plan. They are not a quotation, offer or guarantee.
Every project is based on a written quotation or work order after understanding your requirement and, where needed, a site survey. The written quotation sets out the equipment, price, payment terms, timelines and warranties. If anything in the quotation is different from these terms, the quotation applies.
Subsidies such as PM Surya Ghar and approvals such as net metering are controlled by the government and MSEDCL. We help you apply and follow up, but eligibility, amounts, rules and timelines are decided by the authorities and can change. We cannot guarantee approval, the subsidy amount or the time it takes.

Timelines in a quotation are our best estimate. Delays can happen because of weather, material availability, site conditions or approval timelines, and we will keep you informed.
Payment terms, including any advance, are written in your quotation or work order. Ownership of equipment passes to you once full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, as stated in your quotation. Workmanship warranty, if any, is as written in your quotation or agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised changes, natural disasters, theft or lack of basic maintenance.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, to the extent permitted by law.
The text, design and logo on this website belong to Sadguru Solar. Brand names such as Vikram Solar, Waaree, UTL Solar and Indo Batteries belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we supply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
